The film follows the little heroes through miniature corridors and living rooms. The hoods are the whole point. As the film puts it, sometimes a hood gives you courage.

It was also the hardest quality-control job we have done with AI so far. Generative models do not like keeping characters consistent, especially with several of them on screen at once, each doing their own thing. Getting the same plush faces from shot to shot took more retakes than any live set would have.

How it was made

The characters exist as real plush toys, so the job was keeping their faces, proportions and fabrics identical across every generated shot. Multi-character scenes are where models drift most, and this film is full of them.

We generated far more takes than we kept and rebuilt any shot where a character wandered off model. The quality control took longer than the generation.
